Stella Health Town Hall Forum

Redesigning Women's Health: From Data to Action

December 12, 20251:00–3:00 PM ESTTBDC Toronto

Welcome Message

Dear friend,

Thank you for being here. This Town Hall is more than an event — it's a gathering of hearts, minds, and lived experiences coming together to reimagine what women's health can look like.

The journey from StellaEats to Stella Health has been shaped by countless conversations with caregivers, patients, survivors, and practitioners who believe that food is medicine, that data should serve dignity, and that integrated care is possible.

Today, you're not here to consume content. You're here to co-create. Your voice, your story, your insights will directly shape the tools we build and the community we nurture.

This is a safe, respectful space. We honor the caregivers in the room, the survivors, and everyone navigating their own health journey. May this gathering be a source of clarity, connection, and hope.

With gratitude,
Primie Cegnar

StellaEats → Stella Health

StellaEats started as a marketplace — connecting people with functional foods and local vendors. But as we listened to our community, patterns emerged.

Data revealed a deeper need: Women weren't just looking for recipes or products. They wanted clarity — understanding how food affects their symptoms, cycles, and energy.

Stella Health was born from this insight: a platform that combines food journaling, symptom tracking, N=1 experiments, and practitioner collaboration — all built on a food knowledge graph foundation.

"Women want clarity, not more content."
