About Aeon Stellar
Aeon Stellar Commerce Inc. builds StellaEats — a digital food discovery platform connecting Canadian CPG food brands with health-conscious consumers through AI-powered matching.
I didn't start with a pitch deck.
I started with fear, prayer, and caregiving.
My husband's pancreatic cancer diagnosis changed everything — our food, our home, our routines, our faith walk.
That season revealed how unsupported families truly are. And in that heartbreak, a new calling emerged: build tools that bring clarity, compassion, and dignity to people navigating health.
"Build tools that bring clarity, compassion, and dignity."
Our Company
Federally incorporated in Canada in 2023, Aeon Stellar Commerce Inc. is headquartered in Hamilton, Ontario. We build products that combine:
Our first product, StellaEats, is live at stellaeats.app — helping families navigating complex diets find food that fits, with less guesswork.
We don't chase hype. We pursue impact.
