1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the Stella Summit Series platform ("Summit," "Platform," or the "App"). The Stella Summit Series is a multi-day women's health and wellness retreat program provided by Aeon Stellar Commerce Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Summit application platform, registering for events, or participating in any aspect of the Stella Summit Series, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

This agreement is solely between you and Aeon Stellar Commerce Inc. Aeon Stellar Commerce Inc. is responsible for the platform and its content. Our infrastructure provider (Base44 Inc.) is not a party to these Terms and bears no responsibility for the platform's performance or content.

2. User Eligibility and Accounts

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in the Stella Summit Series and agree to these Terms. The Summit is intended for adult participants interested in women's health and wellness.

Account Registration: To apply for or register for Summit events, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@aeonstellar.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Application and Registration

By submitting an application to participate in the Stella Summit Series (as a participant, practitioner, collaborator, sponsor, or vendor), you:

• Certify that all information provided is accurate and truthful
• Agree that Aeon Stellar may use this information to evaluate your application and communicate with you
• Understand that application acceptance is at Aeon Stellar's sole discretion
• Acknowledge receipt of confirmation when your application is received

4. Health & Medical Disclaimers

The Stella Summit Series provides information and experiences to help you explore women's health and wellness, but is not a medical or healthcare provider. The platform and Summit events are for informational and self-management purposes only.

Always consult a qualified and licensed healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, medication, or medical treatment. Any actions you take based on information from the Summit are at your own risk.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

By using the platform, you agree to use it only for its intended purpose of exploring women's health and wellness, and to do so in a lawful and respectful manner. You agree that you will NOT:

• Hack, disrupt, or undermine the security of the platform
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes or to infringe on others' rights
• Bully, harass, discriminate, or post abusive, threatening, or exploitative content
• Impersonate another person, healthcare provider, or Aeon Stellar representative
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to collect or extract data from the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Deliberately enter false health data to manipulate results or mislead others
• Disclose other participants' personal or health information without consent

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to Summit events.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

The Stella Summit Series collects sensitive personal and health information as part of the application process. Your privacy and data security are paramount. Our full data handling practices, including your rights under PIPEDA and international privacy laws, are described in our Privacy Policy.

By submitting an application, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Research and Consent

The Stella Summit Series may invite participants to contribute anonymized reflections and insights to support research on women's health and wellness. Participation in research is entirely voluntary and separate from your Summit participation. You have the right to decline research participation without affecting your Summit experience.

Any research data shared will be anonymized and used only for the purposes outlined in your research consent form.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and software on the Summit platform are the intellectual property of Aeon Stellar Commerce Inc. or its licensors. The trademarks "Stella," "Stella Summit Series," "Aeon Stellar," and associated logos are owned by Aeon Stellar Commerce Inc.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our written permission. Content you provide (feedback, testimonials, etc.) may be used by Aeon Stellar to improve our services.

9. Third-Party Services

Base44 Platform: The Summit platform is hosted on Base44 Inc.'s infrastructure. Base44 acts as a service provider and is not liable for content or your use of the platform.

Third-Party Links: The platform may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Always review their privacy policies and terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Summit platform and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeon Stellar Commerce Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in Summit events, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aeon Stellar Commerce Inc., its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your participation in Summit events.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and without liability. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ontario.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at hello@aeonstellar.co to attempt to resolve any disputes informally.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
