Natasha Smith is a women's health educator, speaker, and the founder of How To Bloom, a platform dedicated to helping women understand their hormonal patterns, cycles, and inner rhythms. Her work focuses on knowledge, empowerment, and creating safe spaces for women to reconnect with their bodies. With deep experience in menstrual education, body literacy, and coaching, Natasha brings a grounded, compassionate lens to women's hormonal health conversations.

Dr. Melanie Craig, ND
Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Melanie Craig is a practicing Naturopathic Doctor with a clinical focus on women's hormonal health, digestive concerns, and fertility support. She is known for her integrative approach, blending evidence-informed naturopathic care with whole-person support. Dr. Craig works closely with women ages 25–45 navigating cycle challenges, burnout, and complex symptoms, and advocates for better MD–ND collaboration and more accessible, informed care.

Vicky Hachey
Holistic Nutritionist & Women's Wellness Advocate
Vicky Hachey is a holistic nutritionist, wellness educator, and owner of Good Health Mart Hamilton. With a long history supporting women's health, digestion, and nutritional healing, Vicky bridges community wellness, in-store education, and practitioner collaboration. She is deeply committed to making functional nutrition accessible, culturally aware, and grounded in both science and lived experience.

Usha Srinivasan
Founder & CEO, BReady.ai
Usha Srinivasan is the Founder & CEO of BReady.ai, an AI-enabled platform supporting newcomers and underrepresented communities in employment pathways. With senior leadership experience at Brampton Venture Zone, MaRS Discovery District, and Elevate, Usha is a seasoned innovator and community builder. As a single mother, immigrant, and cancer survivor, she brings a powerful patient and caregiver perspective on resilience, self-nourishment, and the invisible load women carry. Her lightning talk — "When Women Come Last: The Cost of Carrying Everything Alone" — sets the emotional and human foundation for this year's Town Hall.
